I’m Oleksandra Gipsh, an executive and leadership coach with a global mindset and a passion for helping entrepreneurs and leaders thrive. Over the past decade, I’ve built and scaled businesses across different countries and languages, gaining firsthand experience in the challenges of leadership, remote management, and business growth.
My entrepreneurial journey started at 25 when I launched my first company—one of three I’ve successfully built across two industries. By 30, I had scaled a company to 30 employees and over $5 million in annual revenue, navigating mergers, acquisitions, and international expansion. Living abroad for over 10 years has shaped my ability to adapt, connect, and lead diverse teams.
Beyond business, my background in sociology and certification in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) allow me to bring a deep understanding of human behavior to my coaching. Whether it’s guiding executives through leadership challenges or helping entrepreneurs scale, my approach is strategic, data-driven, and people-focused.
